After the returning residents process concludes, university housing will extend offers to apply but on available space in the following communities:

Transfer students and students attending regional campuses (UC Blue Ash or UC Clermont) who have not already applied for university housing are eligible to join the housing waitlist by signing into the housing portal.
University Housing will make offers to these students as space becomes available. We are not able to guarantee assignments to students on the waitlist. You are encouraged to visit our Rentals & Leasing page for assistance exploring other available housing options.
